We were comissioned by the cabaret-café “El Molino”, from Barcelona, to develop a software system to drive the visual contents for the Molino’s Media-facade. We programmed a simple videoplayer, adapted to the format and resolution of the screen, taht can be remotely operated using the OSC protocol, as we found it could be usefull to have the ability of realtime triggering. The result of this process was LEDMap, an application made using OpenFrameworks, that is actually running every day in the Molino computers.
In addition to that, we also were comissioned to create a bunch of video contents for the LED screen.
The OSC remote operativity of the software we made, gave us the opportunity to synchronize contents with the projection mapping event we where comissioned to do with the Telenoika Mapping Crew.
